A visual record of the project. Photos get grouped by phase: site as we found it, tower-plans references, septic install in progress, finished work, inspection, tower build.

How photos land here

Photos drop into L0_Primary_Sources/Photos/ and get referenced into this page in groups. The simplest way to get photos in:

1. Create a shared Google Photos album titled “Kraemer Tower Project.”
2. Add all relevant photos — septic excavation, tower foundation, design sketches, anything from earlier years that documents what’s already been done.
3. Download the album as a zip and drop it into C:\Users\drdav\My Drive\Claude Cowork\Lookout_Tower\_intake\google_photos_<date>\.
4. Substrate-side processing files the photos and updates this page.

In v2, the per-page upload form will let any team member add a photo directly from their phone.

Septic tank set — July 13, 2022

The concrete septic tank being lowered into the excavated pit by crane truck. A two-compartment design (visible in the divider on the tank top). Worker guiding the lower. Bright summer day. This is the anchor moment for “construction started several years ago” — the tank was set, then the work paused.

Front gate before the damage

Red feller-buncher logging machine being delivered past Dave’s then-intact front gate during the early-2025 logging operation. The original wrought-iron gate stands undamaged at this point.

Front gate after the truck driver — November 30, 2025

The same gate after a truck driver hired by Solid Rock Construction (Alex) damaged it. Hinge hardware ripped from the post, gate leaning sideways. This is the photo Dave sent Solid Rock that same day, and the trigger for the informal gate-for-septic-advice agreement.
