Call Polk County about the permit

• Owner: Dave or Eli
• When: Within the first week the site is live
• What: Phone 503-623-9237, give the property address, ask for the existing septic permit file. Capture: permit number, original issue date, permitted design type, current legal status, renewal or reapply path.

Eli’s first inventory pass

• Owner: Eli
• When: Within two weeks of the Polk County call
• What: Walk the septic site. List what’s installed (tank? lines? drainfield?), what materials are on hand, what’s missing. Photos of each.

First advisory visit with Cody and Russell

• Owner: Dave coordinates; Cody and Russell visit
• When: After Eli’s inventory; ideally a Saturday so everyone can be there
• What: Walk-through. Confirm what we have, what we need, what order to do it in. Decisions get logged.

Begin the install

• Owner: Eli + Dave
• When: As soon as advisory visit + materials list is settled
• What: Whatever Cody and Russell said first.

Mid-work review with Cody and Russell

• Owner: Eli arranges
• When: Partway through the install
• What: Catch our mistakes before they’re buried.

Finish the install

• Owner: Eli + Dave
• When: ?
• What: Backfill, restore site, prep for inspection.

Polk County inspection

• Owner: Dave or Eli requests
• When: Within Polk County’s scheduling window after install is complete
• What: Sign-off.

Tower construction resumes

• Owner: Dave + Eli
• When: Post-inspection
• What: Separate workstream from here on.
